Contact us or see if the info below answers your question(s).
How long does it take?
This is entirely dependent upon the item(s) you have, what might need ordered for the project, and the current number of projects we already have. We’ll add you to the schedule, give you a future start date, so you can decide if the timing works. It is currently taking 3-5 weeks from the date you make the deposit before we can start.
What is the process for the design?
An initial discussion via text, email, or phone to understand the scope of your project and determine if we’re a good fit for it. Then an in person session to review the item and go over materials, thread, special items, etc. in order to come up with the pricing. For motorcycles, we recommend bringing a side panel or piece with the main bike color(s) to color match the design to.
Is it possible to change my design?
Absolutely, as long as you contact us prior to the start date. Simply reach out to our team, providing us with your new vision, and we will make sure to adjust the pricing accordingly. Any special order items already purchased to complete your design will still be charged to the overall project even if they are no longer used.
What are the payment terms?
We require a 100% deposit upfront. This is 100% refundable up until the point we start work, which includes any ordering of special items. We’ll remove the cost of any items ordered and refund you the difference if no work has started.
My question wasn’t answered.
Simply reach out via text, email, phone, or messenger with your question(s) and we’ll try to answer them within two to three business days.
Can I receive a receipt?
Absolutely! Just remember to ask for one as I typically try to avoid administrative tasks as much as possible and sew instead.

Spike
Senior VP & Good Boy
He isn’t going to touch your project, but he has touched our hearts. He also likes long walks on clean sidewalks and wearing sweaters – I kid you not!

Harley
Middle Management
She’s Harley when she’s good and Honda when she’s bad. It’s about a 50/50 split most days. She is also not going to work on your project.

Andrea
Designer, Upholsterer, Owner
With several years of creative design and sewing under her foot (bad sewing pun) she’s interested in making your vision into a reality.

My First Bike
Honda Rebel 250
Even the smallest of changes can make an old item feel new again. Reupholstering the sad, stock seat of this 2006 Honda Rebel to pull out the accent colors on the tank made all the difference.
